Mark joined Ergo in 2017, having spent more than 25 years in a large global IT and business services organization. Sitting on the Managed Services senior leadership team, Mark leads the Delivery Management organization, which has responsibility for all of our Managed Services customer facing activities including all project and program management, business change management and service delivery management. Supporting Ergo’s continuous growth, Mark and his team are driving a number of process standardisation and improvement initiatives to ensure all of our customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience when dealing with Ergo across any of our service areas. In order to stay closely connected with the customers that his team supports, Mark has made a personal commitment to speak to at least three different customers every week to understand directly how we are performing and where there are opportunities for improvements. Mark lives in Cork with his wife and dog, never too far away from his three adult daughters and their families. In this spare time, Mark enjoys cooking (a little too much), film photography and cycling.
