Lorne brings over 20 years’ experience to the role of Chief Technology Officer, a position he took after Ergo acquired Asystec, where he was Head of Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions. He has extensive knowledge of private, public and hybrid clouds, with a strong interest in cloud native development and app modernization, skills that will play a big part in Ergo propositions going forward. He has responsibility for innovation within the Ergo organization where he also fulfils the role of trusted IT advisor to clients. Customers value his ability to simplify complex requirements and navigate the commercial, technical, and licensing implications of a project. Lorne holds a first class BA in psychology from Dublin Business School.
