As Director of the Digital Practice, Brendan leads an energetic group of engineers, architects, consultants, business analysts and UI/UX designers. The practice provides consulting, development and support services across the pillars of software development, business applications, data and technology consulting. Brendan and his team are focused on working closely with Ergos' customers to use both established and emerging cloud technologies and processes to achieve their intended business and organisational outcomes - working with a full spectrum of clients from start-ups to publicly listed companies. Brendan has over 20 years experience in software development, holding engineer, architect, senior consulting, R&D and technical manager roles across multiple verticals including Travel, Leisure & Health. Brendan has extensive offshore outsourcing experience, establishing and running for 3 years a software engineering offshore centre in Manila Philippines. Brendan has a degree in Experimental Physics from University College Dublin, a M.Sc. in Technology Management and an MBA from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business. Brendan is married with two young children. When not ferrying kids to sports camps, he enjoys live music , circuit training and long hill walks.
