Technical Assistance Services (TAS)

The Ergo Technical Assistance Service (TAS) is our featured service that can assist you in implementing technical change activities within your physical or virtual infrastructure and across their applications landscape.

We have developed TAS to provide a flexible technical service to our clients, whether there is a lack of experience in-house to effect specific change or insufficient internal resource availability to deliver the change activities on time. TAS enables clients to access the skilled and experienced resource pool in Ergo to provide both planned and reactive technical change work.
